Rochelle Ballard brings the Ocean to Yoga


Surf into yoga is the synergy of the ocean, the power of yoga and the beauty within. Rochelle Ballard on of KAB’s team riders and ambassadors is currently producing her introductory yoga DVD, Surf Into Yoga. The film is designed to encourage a growing appreciation of mind/body/spirit and has been passionately sprouted from the seed of surfing. The films captivating images enhance and offer an invigorating approach to increasing awareness and appreciating Mother Nature. The DVD includes music from Jack Johnson, John Swift, Donavon Frakenrieter and Kai Walsh. Surf into yoga was shot on the beautiful north shore of Oahu. This DVD will stimulate and inspire you. Look for the release of surf into yoga in spring 2009. Copies will be found in magazines surf shops the Internet www.surfintoyoga.com the website will also feature in-depth bios, exclusive web videos, yoga sequences and healthy conscious living tips.
