Congratulations to RACHEL WONG!

It took a while to get through all the GREAT designs and pick a winner, but after narrowing it down, we chose Rachel's design as the winner of the Element Tote Bag Design Contest.  Besides being outfitted with an entire Element look from the summer "Conscious By Nature" collection, Rachel's design will appear in Elements holiday line.
